Donation Refund Policy

At Shantunu Sewa Foundation, We sincerely thank all donors for supporting our humanitarian initiatives. As a charitable organization, donations are generally non-refundable.

1. Donation Refund

• Donations made to SHANTUNU SEWA FOUNDATION are considered voluntary contributions.
• Once a donation is successfully processed, it is generally non-refundable.

2. Exceptions

• Duplicate donation due to technical error.
• Incorrect donation amount caused by system malfunction.
• Unauthorized transaction reported by the donor (subject to verification)

3. Refund Request Timeline

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the donation date.

Requests received after this period may not be eligible for review.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please provide:

Donor Name

Donation Date

Transaction ID

Donation Amount

Reason for Refund

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days through the original payment method, subject to payment gateway processing times.

6. Donations Used for Ongoing Projects

If donated funds have already been allocated or utilized for charitable activities, the Foundation may not be able to process a refund.

7. Payment Gateway Charges

Any applicable payment gateway processing fees may be deducted from the refundable amount where permitted.
